  • Drinking water supports your physical health, helps your brain function, aids digestion, helps flush out waste, regulates body temperature and supports heart health.   
  • People should aim to drink 2 litres of water a day.  
  • If this sounds like a lot, just try to aim for 6-8 cups a day. 
  • Try to avoid energy drinks or sugary drinks  
  • These can damage your teeth and ultimately lead you to an energy crash  
  • If you do want to drink them, try to reduce so you are not drinking multiple a day and/or drink through a straw to protect your teeth
